Get comfortable hearing your voice in public by responding to very simple questions while seated — name, occupation, where you live, etc.
Standing with Confidence
Stand with several others and respond to simple questions. As confidence increases, one by one each person sits until you are standing alone.
Gestures & Movement
Enhance your message, decrease tension, and project a confident demeanor by incorporating non-verbal communication skills.
Personal Narrative
Implement skills from Session 3 by relating a personal experience using gestures and movement to enhance your narrative.

Learn to organize and deliver an unprepared talk — no notes — on the spot.
